Refund Policy
At The Strawberry Box, each box is handcrafted with care using fresh ingredients.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer very limited refunds on any food items.
If there's an issue with your order:
If you are unhappy with the condition of your box upon collection or delivery, please contact us at info@thestrawberrybox.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos or evidence of the issue so we can review and respond accordingly.
Incorrect Orders or Cancellations:
If you’ve placed an order with incorrect details (e.g. wrong date or time), please let us know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to issue a refund minus the transaction fee charged by our payment processor. We cannot offer a full refund for cancelled orders unless notified well in advance. If an order is cancelled less than 48 hours before the order date, no refund will be offered.
